the chipped bowl stays put. third from the left. thats where it lives. it was on that shelf before i started here and it'll be there after, thats the deal i made with it. new hire started this week, nice enough, fast learner. but he keeps moving the bowl. yesterday it was on the far end. today it was fifth from the left. i moved it back both times without saying anything. the second time he watched me do it. we made eye contact over the shelf. neither of us spoke. now theres a whole silent thing happening at the bowl shelf every shift and i dont know how it ends. do i explain the bowl?? i dont think i can explain the bowl. you either understand the bowl or you dont. but also its been three days and i cant keep doing bowl corrections like some shelf ghost. anyway. its late, im home, im eating cornflakes about it. what would you lot do. be honest
