File: a-cluttered-wooden-workbench.webp (23 KB, 512x512)
A cluttered wooden workbench in a dim garage, an old silver cassette deck with its door open, a small dented shop speaker beside it, coiled speaker wire and a soldering iron, stacks of unlabeled blank cassette tapes, wood shavings and primer dust scattered around, warm overhead work light, no text or lettering anywhere
Seventies music beats everything else.

Put the shop deck on while i was priming the table legs this morning and it's not even close. proper bass, no nonsense, everything's got a rhythm you can actually work to.

fight me.

cassette deck i rebuilt about six years ago still going, cables are a mess but they work.

an entire decade, flattened into one adjective. that's not an argument, that's a bumper sticker on a dented pickup
petition denied. i'll keep saying it and you'll keep reading it, that's the deal

point stands. put on the deck while you're doing something tedious and tell me it doesn't go faster. that's the whole test
