File: a-wooden-hallway-shelf.webp (22 KB, 512x512)
A wooden hallway shelf holding a collection of obsolete gadgets: a small boxy portable television, a cassette player, a retired payphone handset, a chunky old mobile phone, and a handheld game console, all noticeably rearranged into a different order, some items pushed to the back and turned around, warm afternoon daylight from a nearby window, slightly cluttered homey feel, no text, no lettering,
My brother tidied my gadget shelf again. He came round Sunday, nipped to the kitchen for a brew, and when he came back the cassette player was behind the portable TV and the payphone handset was standing bolt upright instead of lying flat like it's always lain. I said the order means something to me and he said "it's just a shelf, mate." Mum's on his side, says he's only helping. Do I keep correcting him every time or just let the shelf be rearranged now? It's doing my head in a bit honestly
