someone keeps sorting my station

pic is my station after close tonight. i came back from the pass and all my containers were lined up on the shelf, labels facing out, board scrubbed and the towels folded which i never fold. it's one of the new prep guys, means well, he said he was just tidying while waiting on the walk-in.

the thing is i had everything where it was for a reason. i know where things are in the dark basically. now i'm reaching for stuff and it's not there, slowed me down on a wednesday which is the last thing you want.

he's a good kid, don't want to be the old guy who snaps at someone for helping. but i've stopped saying thanks for it and i think he noticed. do i say something or just move everything back after he does it and let that be the message. feels petty either way
